While I was tempted to vote for my big sisters too show family loyalty and all Split splat made me laugh out loud in the Meijers cafe, to the wonderment of the other people around me. Then I was quickly appalled because I am such a cat lover. Much confusion and angst. But had to go with the split splat!

I LOVED your poems. The one about the buck was sent home to me by the principal of your school when you were in sixth grade! She sent copies of it to all the other satellite Harding Academy elementary schools to share with them what a wonderful and creative student you were! I’m still proud. These should definitely Not be in a bbpoetry contest! You were twelve years old when you wrote those magnificent pieces of poetic literature!

I wrote that in the 7th grade. I had visions of being a poet, and wrote much truly awful verse. This is just the only one I remember.
