Boys, I’m not even going to apologize for posting this ’cause I am so rockin‘ the black Halloween toenail polish. I wanted to ask the professionals who applied it if they could add little skulls, or aliens, or Disney princesses, or a swine flu virus molecule or something scary but I figured it would be a no go.

This picture was taken in my Scion xB toaster car in my suburban cookie-cutter ‘hood in the fabulous fall weather on the way to a friend’s wedding. (It was kind of a casual wedding, but it was a wedding, which is why I wore my sparkly flip flops rather than the plain ones. There are limits.) (Oh. And I wasn’t driving, so the taking of this photograph did not endanger anyone.)
