Chicken Dog Bones and Shields

Mom: So why do you like the chicken leg so much?
The Maker: It has a handle on it, plus there’s a good dog bone inside.

The Maker: I would make a shield out of chicken.
Mom: Huh?
The Maker: I would glue a bunch of pieces of chicken together, but I wouldn’t use glue, I’d use honey, then I would eat my shield.
Mom: Ah.
