    The Ice was absent during all this frivolity, but he later re-enacted one of my favorite scenes from Lord of the Rings for me and I’ll try to get that edited up for you soon.

  • Bad Comic Timing

    The Maker, hollering at the top of his lungs from the bathroom where he has been ensconced for several minutes, to the Ice, who is lounging on the couch in the den: “Hey Ice! What do a baseball game and a batter… WAIT! NO…. What do a baseball game and a cake have in common? Hey, Ice?!”

    Ice (graciously): “Uh, I don’t know.”

    Mom (shouting from the den to the Maker, in the bathroom): “Honey, why don’t you wait until you’re finished in the bathroom, then you can come out here and talk to us.”

    Maker (hollering): “Batter!! Get it? They both have a batter!”

    Mom: *sigh*
